Loan purpose:

  • Energy efficient apartment adaptation and house construction, completion or adaptation
  • Purchase of B, A and A+ energy class apartment or house
  • Energy efficiency improvement by financing project development, household gas connection, water filtration systems, energy saving property development, purchase or assembly of solar collectors for own purposes or to sell energy to the Croatian energy market operator (HROTE), air-conditioning systems, insulating glass window frames, facade insulation, roof restoration, wind generators, etc.
  • Refinancing of existing energy efficiency housing loans in another bank

Loan amount:

  • EUR 5,000 to 200,000 – energy efficient apartment adaptation or home furnishing
  • EUR 5,000 to 300,000 - purchase of B, A and A+ energy class apartment or house; energy efficient house building and construction, refinancing of existing energy efficiency housing loans in another bank

Repayment term:

  • up to 30 years for acquisition and construction
  • up to 20 years for adaptation

Fee: free of charge

Monthly salary of loan participants: min. 2.100 HRK

Interest rate:

  1. a) EUR 5,000 to 15,000: 3.83% variable (6M NRS1 EUR + 3.22 p.p.)
  2. b) EUR 15,001 to 300,000: 3.29% fixed for the first 5 years and 3.29% variable for the remaining repayment period (6M NRS1 EUR + 2,68 p.p.)
