  • Purpose:
    1. acquisition, construction, completion of tourist/agricultural objects 
    2. reconstruction of tourist/agricultural object 
    3. acquisition of vessels for tourist industry purposes 
  • Documentation:
    • notarized sales contract  
    • land registry certificate (ownership certificate), not older than 10 days
    • cost estimate of works prepared by a company or person authorized to provide planning services 
    • construction permit or confirmation by the competent institution that no specific licence is required for the specified works 
    • valuation of the real property (which is subject to fiduciary transfer of owner) prepared by the Bank’s certified assessor 
    • estimation of the selling price, for the vehicle 
    • for a loan applicant already pursuing an activity in tourist industry 
      • Decision on building categorization issued by the County Tourism Bureau 
      • Confirmation of the tourist board on payment of the sojourn tax for the past period 
        • Statement that the loan will be used for a certain period (only for applicants starting a business activity)
  • Creditworthiness: monthly income of the debtor must be at least two times the loan annuity or, together with the income of one co-debtor, three times the loan annuity  
  • Collaterals:
    • without guarantor – according to General Terms and Conditions by type of loan  
    • up to three guarantors 
      • fiduciary transfer of ownership of the real property in favour of the Bank, the estimated value of the property being at least 25% higher than the loan amount 
      • property insurance policy against common risks (fire, flood, earthquake)
  • Repayment: 
    • in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual instalments
    • possible grace period on principal and interest up to 12 months
