From 8:00 a.m. to 20:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and from 8:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. (Saturday)
- Transfer of funds from your account to other Kuna accounts within the Bank – the same day
- Transfer of funds from your account to other Kuna accounts with other domestic banks – the following day
- Payment of obligations under the Bank loans – the same day
- Payment of obligations under other domestic banks’ loans – the following day
- Payment of other Kuna obligations in the RC (contributions, taxes, court fees, utilities, rents, cards costs, electricity bills, telephone bills and radio-TV bills) – the following day
Upon receiving the phone call the Contact Centre staff member effects the order while user confirms its correctness.

- Enquiries about the balance and transactions under your account
- Statement on transactions under your account
- Information on the exchange rate under currencies
- SMS messages on the balance under your account (and other information)
Fees:
- Registration fee - HRK 0.00
- Annual membership fee – HRK 80.00 (token) or HRK 20.00 (safety card)
- Sending of SMS messages - monthly HRK 5.00
- Telefax confirmation of payment – HRK 0.00
- Payment on giro accounts of legal entities opened with the bank – HRK 0.00
- For payment of obligations under accounts outside the Bank the user has the benefit fee reduced by 50%, in comparison to the same service offered over the counter – min HRK 2.50 - max HRK 50.00
