The Bank has been an active participant on the securities market for several years. The same is organized in the Republic of Croatia through Zagreb Stock Exchange (www.zse.hr).
Splitska banka is a member of ZSE and Central Depository Agency (www.sda.hr) through which it carries out set off and settlement of realized transactions on the subject stock exchanges.
Services:
- Intermediating in purchasing/selling of all securities which appear on the market (shares, bonds, rights etc.)
- Informing customers on the performed transactions
- Providing information on the current offer and demand of all quoted securities on ZSE
- Transfer of ownership through SDA
- Filing of data on all transactions
- Agency operations in issuing securities
- Sponsoring the issuance of securities
- Offering services adopted to individual requirements of specific client
- Representing on public auctions through IT system of Zagreb Stock Exchange
