Functionality

• Debit card – all transactions (cash, non cash) debit the account without deferment
• Maestro card could be linked to the account with non allowed overdraft:
  • giro
  • foreign exchange, without regular income
  • current account
• Identification card – during the pay out of cash in the branch

Users, conditions, using

• Users – physical persons residing in the Republic of Croatia longer than 6 months:
  • owners of giro accounts of citizens – part time workers who don't have Visa card or the permanent order for the transfer of funds on the current account
  • owners of current account – replacement for the account of the Kuna saving book
  • owners of foreign exchange account without regular income
• Validity – after 24 months the possibility of re-issuing
• Additional security with non cash transactions – the user enters PIN by himself through PIN-PAD keyboard
• Payments on the account – cash and non cash
• Payments from the account, without fee:
  • non cash, payment of goods and services
  • cash – daily for amount above HRK 4.000,00 in the branch, otherwise, we recommend using of ATMs
• There is no fee for the enrolment and membership as well as for the delivery of statements under the account at the home address (the possibility which the client itself must decide upon)
• Using of the same in the Republic of Croatia and abroad, withdrawing of cash outside the Bank is subject to charging of the fee
• Is not embossed - does not allow instalment purchasing
• Purchasing via internet is not possible
• The user can approve issuing of the additional card to the person to whom it has given the power of attorney and they are responsible for the costs jointly
