VISA Revolving Credit card
Functionality
- Revolving credit card
- instrument of disposing of the funds of kuna revolving loan – up to the amount of credit limit
- special credit account has been opened for payment of obligations under the loan. Using of the card reduces the spending limit while every pay in on the credit account renews the same – most up to the approved credit limit
- all transactions (cash, non cash) have the deferred payment (on 20th in the month)
- It is not the only card under the account – it is in pair with the basic debit card (Electron)
- It is used with Kuna current account (with regular income in kuna or in foreign currency) without or with the package CREDIT PLUS
Users, conditions, using
- The user is a person of age, citizenship of the Republic of Croatia and residing in the RC with the inflow of regular monthly income on the account (in kuna or in foreign currency) in the Bank
- The account should be opened 3 months at least and it should be well performing during that period; if the client is a participant (debtor, co-debtor, guarantor) in a loan, he/she should perform his/her obligations under the same
- Monthly income already from HRK 3.000 or the countervalue in another currency
- Coefficient (multiplies the average income in the previous three months):
- of the basic overdraft – Electron should be used
- account with the package or without it = 1 X income, up to HRK 10.000
- of the credit limit – Revolving should be used
- account with the package or without it = 3 X income, up to HRK 30.000
- Choice of disposing of the funds:
- Electron card – all transactions reduce immediately the available balance (=balance on the account + basic overdraft)
- Revolving card – transactions are with the deferred payment of obligations
- the fee is paid on the cash payments – the interest is charged from the date of transactions to the date of settlement
- with non cash transactions the interest is charged from the date of processing (book entry in the Bank) on the part of the cost which is not settled to the date of maturity (20th of the following month)
- interest rate is 12,99 % annually, flexible
- the Bank advises the client on costs, interest, unutilized part of the loan, obligatory amount of debt and date of maturity
- payment of obligations – in the structure of obligatory amount of debt the interest and fee participate with 100% amount while the cash and non cash costs participate with 5%. If the client most frequently settles this minimum amount (obligatory debt), the Bank will in the future, instead of the client, make the settlement to the debit of the current account of the client. In order that the automatic payment could be effected the client should have sufficient funds on the account on the date of maturity. If the client settles the debt in full or in the amount higher than the obligatory amount, he/she still effects the payment on the credit account by himself/herself:
- in cash in the retail offices
- by money order outside the Bank
- by service of Telephone banking or Internet banking
- by permanent order from Kuna current account – fixed amount which can differ from the calculated obligatory debt
- Lifetime of the loan is equal to the validity term of the credit card, its reissuing extends the term of the loan
- security instrument for repayment – Consent on seizure of income verified by notary public
- Using in the Republic of Croatia and abroad, withdrawing of cash outside the Bank is subject to charging of the fee
- It is embossed (relief) – enables instalment purchasing
- Enables purchasing through internet – the announcement to Visa Center is necessary (amount and time of purchasing), tel. 021 347 200
- Insurance of Visa Card holders
- The user can approve issuing of the additional card:
- Electron – obligatory power of attorney, an additional user has the insight into the available balance on the account
- Revolving – power of attorney is not obligatory, the additional user has the insight into the available credit limit
- Electron and Revolving – obligatory power of attorney, the additional user has the insight into the available balance on the account and in the available credit limit; it means all the rights as the user in disposing of the funds
