Standing orders
To meet client needs, the Bank has included the standing order in its service offer. The standing order can be used in two forms:
- Standing order directly debiting the kuna account of an individual – contracted by individual Bank clients with the purpose of settling expenses of using various services provided by legal entities. The advantage of this service is that clients don’t need to visit the Bank, thus saving time and money. On the other hand, by contracting this service with the Bank, companies speed up the collection process and accomplish additional savings in their business process.
- Standing order for the transfer of funds by a corporate client to another account – contracted by corporate Bank clients to transfer funds to a different account held by the same or another legal entity, held with a Bank or with another resident financial institution. The frequency of the transfer of funds is defined by the order (instruction) provided by the legal entity: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, on a certain date of the month etc. The amount to be transferred is also defined by the order and can be set as a fixed amount or a percentage.
