Payments accounts are transaction accounts used for keeping record of incoming payments, outgoing payments and the account balance.
The Bank opens accounts on behalf of corporate clients based on their request, the contractual relationship and regulations. Payments accounts include regular business accounts (in kuna or foreign currency), accounts of organization units of the corporate client and specific-purpose accounts.
Corporate clients holding several regular business accounts in kuna with different business banks must define the account to be used to record payment orders for statutory liabilities and public income, orders for the collection of securities and collaterals and orders resulting from enforcement of court decisions and order enforceable documents, as well as outstanding payment orders.
In addition to the Account Opening Request, the client must submit all additional documents required by law and Bank decisions or acts.
