SB Info – Telephone service

 
The SB Info service provides information on the account balance and the last five account transactions. In the SB Info Service Application form, the user specifies the basic giro account and foreign currency accounts (if any) used for regular business transactions. The service is available to the user and the person authorized by the user. 

Date protection is ensured by the use of the safety card, i.e. the application of a safety code generated for each call. After successful identification, the user accesses the main menu of the answering machine. In the vent of failed identification, the client call is directed to the Contact Centre, where the operator is instructed to check the client identification when taking the call and provide the required information.

Service guide: 

1. Dial 062 210 021 to access the SB Info service and go through the identification process
2. Press 0 to access the main menu

  • press 4 for information on the giro account balance and the last five account transactions
  • press 5 for information on the foreign currency account balance and the last five account transactions 
  • if you are calling from a telephone/fax device, press START during the call to receive a printed account balance and transaction statement
