Account statements are delivered to clients by e-mail, fax, regular mail, FINA and bank branches or online banking (MultiCash and SmartOffice).
The Bank can produce, at the client’s request, statement copies for the current and previous year. Statements can also be sent to a foreign bank by way of SWIFT message MT-940, which is particularly convenient for multinationals operating subsidiaries outside Croatia.
By sending account statement, clients based in Croatia can provide their parent companies with account details, which is useful to get a clear picture and ensures a better basis for the group-level cash management of client’s parent company.
